POSITION: SERVICE DIRECTOR AT ÉQUIPE FORMULE

ÉQUIPE FORMULE is looking for an experienced person to work in a stimulating environment in the company of really friendly people to fill the position of Service Director at Équipe Formule.

WORK DESCRIPTION (MAIN TASKS)

• Ensure monitoring according to the department's objectives;
• Ensure you offer outstanding customer service and maximize your visibility in order to attract new customers;
• Know and apply the terms and conditions relating to the manufacturer's warranties and policies;
• Maintain high quality repair service;
• Deal with customer complaints as quickly as possible according to senior management's directives;
• Ensure employee performance by using appropriate reports;
• Be able to manage multiple incoming and outgoing vehicles;
• Manage a small team of mechanics, technical advisors as well as the parts clerk director;
• Perform any other tasks required for this position.

PROFILE WANTED

Autonomous, resourceful and enthusiastic person, keen to satisfy customers, highly comfortable with numbers/figures and IT, stimulated by teamwork and results.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Have held a similar position in personnel management;
• Advanced knowledge of Office 365;
• Hold a driving license;
• Knowledge of the SERTI computer system, as well as knowledge of mechanics will be considered assets.

WORKING CONDITION

Full-time position - 40 hours per week;

NO evenings, NO weekends;

Remuneration based on experience;

Recurrent training offered by the manufacturer.
